| Effective Immediately, as of September 29th, 2012, Private A. Farva is hereby presented with new orders to complete as Private First Class. His commitment to excellence and dedication to the continuous growth of the 11th Airborne Division has been observed by the members of the Command Staff, and his due diligence has not gone unrewarded. Effective this promotion, Pfc. A. Farva is now responsible to uphold our unit rules and traditions, and exemplify himself to all other soldiers as the ideal soldier. Signed,
